1. What this policy covers

This Refund Policy applies to the $100 one-time merchant registration fee charged by UPI Banking.

It does not cover payments your own customers make to you. Refunds to your customers are handled through your merchant arrangement and your own refund terms.

2. When the registration fee can be refunded

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send us:

the business name used at registration;
the email address used at registration;
the date of the registration payment; and
the reason for the request.

Never include card numbers or bank credentials in a refund request. We do not need them, and we will not act on them.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first - a direct request is usually resolved faster than a chargeback. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect the status of an application or account.
